As indicated in the first paragraph of article 1073: Only a member of the order of approved appraisers can take responsibility for evaluating the amount of reconstruction value subscribed by the union of co-owners in their insurance amount. (Decree 442-2020 of the Civil Code of Quebec, dated April 8, 2020)
